At Melting Pot Restaurants, we want you to enjoy the fondue experience at home; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our guest services team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
