How are your signature cheese fondue blends shipped?
Our cheese blends are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with cold packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to melt. We recommend refrigerating them immediately upon delivery.
What is the shelf life of the chocolate wafers and dipping sauces?
Most of our chocolate and pantry items have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Each product is clearly marked with a 'Best By' date on the packaging for your convenience.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options for home delivery?
Yes, we offer a variety of gluten-free cheese blends and dark chocolate options. Please check the specific product descriptions for a full list of ingredients and allergen information.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I use these products with any fondue pot?
Absolutely. While we sell professional-grade Melting Pot equipment, our cheese and chocolate blends are designed to work perfectly with any standard electric, ceramic, or tea-light fondue set.
How long does shipping take for perishable items?
To maintain freshness, we process orders Monday through Wednesday with 2-day express shipping. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend transit.
